Import and export activities will continue in full swing at Chittagong port even during the holy Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. On Friday (29 April), the port authority informed all the stakeholders about the matter by publishing a notification in local and national newspapers.
It has been said in the notification, as always, that the operational activities of Chittagong port will continue 24/7 during the Eid holidays. Importers-exporters, shipping agents, C&F agents, freight forwarding agents, and private ICDs have been requested to unload containers from the port at this time.
